It's been a full year since Madeline was born. It's been a busy year for my little girl. On October 12th of last year I flew out to New York to pick her up and it's been Madeline and I ever since. We've attended approximately nine months of obedience training, we've spent about 300 hours at the dog park, I've taken over 3,000 pictures, we've met several thousand people at the events we've attended, Madeline attained her CGC and we started our very own website. In the coming few months we're hoping to get Madeline therapy dog certified, we're going to be visiting elementary schools as a part of a bite prevention program and we're going to get her into agility class. I'd like to think that along the way we've been good ambassadors for the breed.
I have two brothers and sister and whenever our birthdays come around we all get together. These events are always some of the most enjoyable times of the year. I'd love to be able to do that for Madeline but, until I win the lotto, the only way all of Madeline's siblings are ever going to come together is right here. So for today's pictures we are going to have all of Madeline's kin.
Before we dive into Madeline's brothers and sisters, let's meet Madeline's Mom and Dad.

And now for Madeline's brothers and sisters. Madeline did have one bit of tragedy early in her life. One of her sisters wasn't very strong when she was born and didn't make it past the first few weeks. This sister never had a home and never had a name. Before Madeline, I'd wanted a dog of my own for years. For most of those years Molly was going to be the name of the pup I got. It's a long story how "Madeline" came about but, I think Molly will be a good name for Madeline's little sister.
